De-activate your listing so that you stop receiving enquiries for the item. Go to "My Profile", "My Postings". Check to see the items status and if it is blank, check the item(s) you want de-activated and then click "Mark Requests/Offers as Fulfilled" . You will then see the status change from blank to De-Activated.
You should do this as soon as someone as taken the item away. Ask the person who receives your item to give you kudos by clicking the kudos button on the original listing.
