Search for Freebies using any of the methods in the "Find" menu at the top left. When you find a listing you want, click on it and then click "Contact XXX" with XXX the name of the person who posted the item. The person who posted it is listed right beside the date. You can click that persons name to see their profile on the site. That person will then get a message with your request. They then decide if they want to contact you with the item. Use discretion as to whether to leave your phone or email adresses.
All your site messages can be viewed at "My Profile", "My Messages".
Remember to give the poster kudos when you receive an item.
