This feature isn't really working right yet... I'm thinking about a system of comments, pros or cons, positive or negative, complaints or praise, where the community is involved in moderating the quality of the site. The idea is to have a system whereby the community participates in moderation of the site. I figured this was more democratic than a system where there is one person editing and thus controlling a region. Not quite sure how to implement it yet. Any suggestions would be more than welcome!
